Social Media Manager for Airbnb & for Therapy Practice - Contract...

1) I have an airbnb in the mountains and would love help creating content and boosting our reservations to make more income. I have so many amazing stories that can differentiate us from the saturated market of Big Bear. Spoiler Alert: I am unknowingly marrying a previous guest of mine! Think Magazine articles, interviews, marketing to realtors while others are looking for properties, targeting... certain types of vacationers... etc.

I launched my own mental health therapy practice and need help to build and post content from topics I can provide from quick snippets each week. Then use a software to setup scheduled posts. Also create a marketing plan to change my last name in the practice which will happen in july 2024. Help setup a marketing plan to send out materials to local businesses to promote the practice.

I don't have a lot of time in the day and really just need a great person who is VERY detail oriented, has a strong background in marketing creatively, loves to research and analyze, organize information, can work with my type A personality and can make aspects of this fun for both of us. Looking for 3-4 hrs per week of support.
