KMP CORP is seeking a customer-oriented and tech-savvy Online Chat Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to customers through online chat, ensuring fast, friendly, and professional interactions. As an Online Chat Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services in a digital environment. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely and accurate fashion. • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively, offering solutions, guidance, or escalating the issue to higher support levels when necessary. • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on KMP CORP's products, services, policies, and promotions in order to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers. • Order Assistance: Assist customers with order status, cancellations, returns, or exchanges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. • Maintain Records: Accurately document and log all customer interactions, including issues, feedback, and resolutions, into the CRM or help desk system. • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to resolve all issues during the initial chat interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments (e.g., Sales, IT, Logistics) to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers. • Escalations: Recognize when issues need to be escalated to more specialized teams and provide appropriate information for efficient handling. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or chat-based environment. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and professional manner. • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and high-quality service. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude and a solution-driven approach. • Proficiency with live chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). • Ability to remain calm and positive when dealing with frustrated or upset customers. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using customer service software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or LiveChat is a plus. • Bilingual (English and [Language]) is a plus. • Familiarity with e-commerce or technical support is a bonus. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
