Due to an unexpected increase in the number of projects across Texas and an authentic, multi-year backlog- they are forming a Texas Team of Top Texas Construction Professionals for building Ground-up Grocery Store projects in Texas locations. They are seeking a Grocery Store Construction Superintendent with experience related to their up-and-coming projects and those that are open to traveling within Texas for defined, long-term project initiatives.

Position: Grocery Store Construction Superintendent

Requirements: • Out-of-Ground / Ground-up Commercial Construction experience • Prior Grocery Store Experience is a Plus but not required • Interested in working autonomously and with little input from others • Completed Projects in Texas & are interested in Texas-Only projects • Excellent communicator, client-facing, client-development • Manage schedule, including dynamic adjustments and multi-week look-aheads • Efficiently manage Assistant Superintendent and Sub-Contractors
