The Macro Middle Office Trade Processing and Position Team is responsible for the development, maintenance, and automation of the systems that process trade executions into position keeping systems. The systems support a wide range of financial products and asset classes including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and credit.?The team is global with personnel and service providers located throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

What you?ll do

We are looking for an experienced technology professional to develop systems for trade flow processing and life cycle management for the macro business. This is a hands-on role automating and simplifying business process, as well as architecting and developing new systems in collaboration with the broader Middle Office team and stakeholders.
? You will provide technology leadership to junior members of the team, manage goals and priorities set forth by your management, and guide the team through the development, maintenance, and modernization of the technology platform
? You will work with teams in New York and Warsaw on low latency position keeping systems and data models to serve the Global Macro business and more
? You will make critical contributions to enhancing the business/technology relationship among Macro Middle Office Technology, Macro Front Office Technology, and stakeholders
? In addition to tactical development, you will be responsible for delivering and creating programs to modernize and scale the position keeping platform through technology upgrades, cloud technology adoption, and re-architecting business processes

What?s Required
? 8-10 years of software development life cycle (Agile) experience, specialized in C# .Net, SQL with strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test driven development etc
? 3+ years of financial services industry experience in trade processing and position keeping in one or more of Fixed Income, Credit, FX, Equities and various derivatives products
? 2+ years of experience in mentoring and leading teams of on-shore and off-shore developers
? Experience building integrations with vendor systems that are maintainable and supportable
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of improving the stability and scalability of the platform, simplifying technology, and design thinking
? Experience managing projects based on cloud, microservice, messaging architectures, caching technologies, high volume streaming and/or transaction processing systems
? Expertise in the software development life cycle (Agile) and software development tools
? Experience working with a books and records system such as Murex or Orchestrade.

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$350,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
