- Description:
- Provide vital support to Medicare and Medicaid eligible members.
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone.
- Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented.
- Interact through various channels such as Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS.
- Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact.
- Must be flexible due to rotations in schedules.
- Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in a customer service support role required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers.
- Must be able to pass required testing.
