    Description:
  • Provide vital support to Medicare and Medicaid eligible members.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone.
  • Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented.
  • Interact through various channels such as Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS.
  • Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact.
  • Must be flexible due to rotations in schedules.
    Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year experience in a customer service support role required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers.
  • Must be able to pass required testing.
